Institutions which wish to become members of the SP-XXL must submit an application as specified in the SP-XXL Rules. Applications should be sent to the SP-XXL President, who normally handles the distribution and voting process. Applications are voted on by the eligible member sites, with a simple majority required for acceptance.
The University of Minnesota and Oak Ridge National Laboratory have agreed to share their SP-XXL applications as "templates" with other institutions that are putting together an application for SP-XXL membership.
Please contact the SP-XXL President or Secretary (see below) for more information on the SP-XXL, or if you wish to receive a copy of the Univ. of Minn. or ORNL applications to use as an example application for your institution.
